-          Tarrant County Jail (Ft. Worth) – Handled Quality Control and punch.  Completed on time.

-          Omni Hotel (Dallas) – Tower included 19 floors/1000+ hotel rooms. Was one of three Superintendents assigned to exterior and interior build and finish out. Completed three months ahead of schedule.

-          The Tower (Ft. Worth) – 38 story office high-rise converted to premium condominiums.

-          The Metropolitan (Dallas) – 28 story office high-rise converted to premium condominiums with six story parking garage.

-          The Stoneleigh Hotel (Dallas) – Penthouse Restoration on this historical building.  Project earned the ABC Construction Merit Award, for projects Three Million Dollars or less.
